Return and exchange policy

At Amalie, we work with great care and attention to ensure your shopping experience is the best possible. Even so, we know that problems can occur, and therefore we have a clear process to guarantee ease of exchange or return.

Before we begin, it's important to remember that all procedures comply with the rules established in the Consumer Protection Code, guaranteeing the rights, deadlines, and standards of conduct established for you, our client.

Terms of exchange

    1. The deadline for exchanges is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product. In other words: we need to receive it within 30 days of the date it arrived to you.

    2. The request must be made via email to contato@amalie.com.br;

    3. Products to be exchanged must have the manufacturer's label and seal intact, be in their original packaging, and show no signs of use (they cannot have been washed, have odors, stains, scratches, or tailoring adjustments);

    4. When we receive the products you sent, we will forward the items for analysis so that we can ensure that the conditions described have been met.

    5. The review process takes up to 5 (five) business days after receipt. Rest assured, we will keep you informed!

    6. Once the analysis is approved, we will contact you and send you a code for the same value as the exchange, so you can place a new order. Simply apply the code when you finalize your purchase.

    7. Shipping for the first exchange or return is on us; shipping for subsequent exchanges or returns will be charged.

Important information:

  1. Products that fail the analysis, that is, those that do not meet the stated conditions, will be returned to the customer, and the right to exchange will be invalidated.

  2. We do not exchange products purchased during promotional events, such as Sale and Best Friday, for example.

  3. Codes generated for exchanges or returns should only be used by the buyer, are non-transferable to others, and are valid for 30 consecutive days.

Return terms

  1. If you regret or decide to cancel your purchase, the deadline to request a product return is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt.

  2. The request must be made via email to contato@amalie.com.br;

  3. Products to be exchanged must have the manufacturer's label and seal intact, be in their original packaging, and show no signs of use (they cannot have been washed, have odors, stains, scratches, or tailoring adjustments);

  4. When we receive the products you sent, we will forward the items for analysis so that we can ensure that the conditions described have been met.

  5. The review process takes up to 5 (five) business days after receipt. Rest assured, we will keep you informed!

  6. Once the analysis is approved, we will begin the process of refunding the value of the returned products. Payments via bank slip or PIX: The refund amount will be deposited into the account that made the purchase within 5 (five) business days after the analysis is approved. Payment by credit card: The refund period is 30 (thirty) to 60 (sixty) days, depending on the closing date of the credit card statement used for the purchase. In the case of installment purchases, the refund will be made available according to the chosen installments (condition stipulated by the payment service provider).

Important information

  1. Products that fail the analysis, that is, those that do not meet the stated conditions, will be sent back to the customer, and the right to return will be invalidated.

  2. The refund amount refers to the value of the item purchased, excluding the shipping costs incurred.

Refusal to deliver

Immediately refuse the merchandise if any of the following occur and report the incident to the email address contato@amalie.com.br:

  • Open or damaged packaging;
  • Damaged product;
  • Product not as ordered; and/or
  • Lack of accessories.

Defect analysis

  1. All Amalie products have a 90 (ninety) day warranty after purchase, guaranteed by law in case of natural manufacturing defects. This is the period you have to contact us and report any defect.

  2. To do this, send an email to contao@amalie.com.br and tell us what problem you identified, including photos that provide context for the situation – if possible.

  3. Upon receiving your email, Amalie will take up to 5 (five) business days to respond. If necessary, we will request that you send the product for analysis. The cost of this shipment will be your responsibility.

  4. The analysis diagnosis will be available within a maximum of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the product. This timeframe may be altered on a case-by-case basis, by mutual agreement between Amalie and the client.

  5. If the defect is confirmed, the customer and Amalie will jointly determine the best option for both parties: repairing the item (if possible), sending a new product (if available in our stock), or refunding the full value of the item.

Important information:

  1. Amalie is not responsible for exchanging or repairing any product that shows signs of misuse and/or washing that does not comply with the instructions on the garment's label. Therefore, if misuse is found, we will return the product to the customer.
