Deadlines
The delivery times indicated at the time of purchase are determined according to the logistics of the selected carrier and begin counting from the approval of the order and confirmation of payment.
- Credit card: up to 48 hours.
- Bank slip: up to 72 business hours after payment.
Generally, delivery times vary between 5 (five) and 7 (seven) business days.
Our product packaging and shipping process is done manually, with great care and attention, to ensure that your delivery is made with quality and within the established deadline. Normally, this procedure is completed within 2 (two) business days, but may extend to 5 (five) business days if the demand for purchases is higher than usual, as occurs during collection launches or promotional events such as Sales and Black Friday. In any case, the Amalie team always does its best to ensure that orders are delivered before the stipulated deadline.
Orders placed and approved after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed starting on the first business day following payment confirmation.
Freight
Amalie offers various delivery options, which vary depending on the region of the country. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order location, weight, and volume of the packaged product.
Free shipping varies depending on each sales promotion.
Delays
Some unforeseen events can alter the delivery deadline, causing occasional delays. Among the main reasons are:
- Demand exceeds our team's operational capacity for launches, sales, and partnerships;
- Absence of a recipient at the delivery address registered on the website;
- Incorrect or incomplete registered address;
- Change of address;
- Operational problems of the selected logistics operator;
- Unforeseen events inherent to the operation, such as natural disasters, general strikes, demonstrations and/or any other force majeure events, as well as logistical issues caused by the pandemic.
Therefore, it is very important that you carefully monitor your order using the tracking code provided by email.
Refusal to deliver
Refuse the merchandise immediately if any of the following occur:
- Open or damaged packaging;
- Damaged product;
- Product not as ordered; and/or
- Lack of accessories.
